MIE Beaute has a 7-working days return policy. This means you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
⚠️ Any request made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Returns will NOT be accepted for:
  • Personal preference or mistaken purchases
  • Minor packaging defects that do not affect product quality or usage
  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with

If your product is damaged, leaking, or defective due to delivery logistics, please take clear photos as evidence and contact our customer service immediately.

• After verification, our team will confirm if your return request meets the conditions.
• If approved, we will provide:

⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
For quality-related returns, MIE Beaute will bear the reasonable return shipping costs.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if:

• The item is defective
• The item is damaged
• The wrong product was sent

We will assess and provide a resolution promptly.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the unwanted item first, and once approved, place a new order separately for the desired item.

6. Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note: Banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
