MIE Beaute is committed to ensuring that you receive your products smoothly and swiftly. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery terms, specifically for customers within Malaysia.

a. Shipping Range and Methods

  • Coverage: We currently provide shipping services within Malaysia only, including both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
  • International Shipping: At present, we do not offer international shipping. Any future expansion to overseas delivery will be announced on our official website.
  • Courier Partners: We work with reputable logistics companies and choose the most suitable courier based on your order and delivery address to ensure secure and timely delivery.
  • High Volume Periods: During sales or peak seasons, alternative couriers may be used to manage increased order volumes efficiently.

b. Shipping Timeframe and Fees

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (picking, packing, and preparing for dispatch).
  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is:
    • 3 to 7 business days (standard addresses)
    • Remote areas or festive seasons may take longer.
  • Free Shipping Promotions: We may offer free shipping promotions periodically. Details will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
  • Shipping Fees: For domestic orders, fees are calculated automatically based on order value, product weight/volume, and delivery address. Charges will be shown at checkout before payment for transparency.
  • Peak Season Delays: During public holidays or festive seasons, please allow extra time for delivery.

c. Order Tracking and Inquiries

  • Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via WhatsApp and provide a tracking number.
  • You can also log in to the MIE Beaute website to track your shipment.
  • If you have not received your order or cannot access tracking info within 3 business days of receiving the tracking number, contact our customer service team immediately.

d. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete (including house/unit numbers, floor numbers, etc.).
  • MIE Beaute is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers.

e. Damaged Parcels

  • Upon receiving your package, inspect the parcel immediately for any damage or leakage.
  • If visible damage is found:
    1. Take clear photographs as proof.
    2. Contact our customer service team immediately.
  • Claims for damage during delivery must be supported with photographic evidence.
